We want you to be completely satisfied with JustYap. If the Software does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee on all purchases.

2. Free Trial

JustYap includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. We encourage you to evaluate the Software during this period before making a purchase.

3. Subscription Refunds (Monthly & Annual)

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

  • Monthly subscriptions: refund available within 7 days of each payment
  • Annual subscriptions: refund available within 7 days of each annual payment

4. Lifetime Purchase Refunds

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy (our payment processor) and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Local transcription features continue to work after your subscription expires

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violation of our Terms of Service.
